RETURN POLICY
This Return Policy applies to purchases made on evaeske.se. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms and Conditions.

The seller is Heartsupply Magnus Sorteberg Rolstad, organization number 919 923 504, with registered business address Akersgata 14, 0158 Oslo, Norway. Evaeske is the seller's online store/trade name.

SECTION 1 - YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law and the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (lag om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler).
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
If your order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period runs from the day you receive the last item.

SECTION 2 - HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent to salg@evaeske.no before the withdrawal period expires.
You may use the withdrawal form below, or submit any other clear statement setting out your decision to withdraw from the contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

SECTION 3 - RETURNING THE GOODS
If you withdraw from this contract, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before this 14-day period has expired.
Goods must be returned to:
Heartsupply / Evaeske, Akersgata 14, 0158 Oslo, Norway.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have failed to inform you that you must bear this cost, in which case we will cover it.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as you bear the risk of the goods until they reach us.

SECTION 4 - CONDITION OF RETURNED GOODS
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
For hygiene and product safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once the seal or packaging has been opened or broken: e-liquids, disposable vapes, pod cartridges, coils, and other consumable or single-use vaping products, unless the item is faulty or does not conform to what was ordered. This restriction does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal for unopened, unused goods in their original, undamaged packaging.
Non-returnable items, whether opened or unopened, will be clearly marked as such on the product page at the time of purchase.

SECTION 5 - REFUNDS
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any supplement for express or expedited delivery you may have chosen), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund itself.

SECTION 6 - FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS
If a product you receive is faulty, damaged in transit, or does not match your order, please contact us at salg@evaeske.no as soon as possible and no later than within a reasonable time after you discovered, or should have discovered, the defect. Please include your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue.
In such cases, we will cover the cost of returning the item and will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

SECTION 7 - EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
(a) sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
(b) goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;
(c) goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
